"Intrada" is a three-movement piece for tenor horn and piano. I wrote it in the summer of 2022 as a response to the passing away of Maurits Robbens, one of the finest music lovers I have known. In his early years, Maurits was involved in the education of young music students. I have tried to bring the music education aspect to life in "Intrada", and I believe the piece fits for every type of musician, from student to professional, and for every type of occasion, from music exams to concerts.
