Fun fact: The song is called Truth and was made by a band called T-square. The guitarist and leader of the band Masahiro Ando later went on to create Moon Over The Castle, which is best known as the intro music of multiple Japanese releases of Gran Turismo game series

父の影響で観ていましたがセナがなくなってＦ１から離れていました。2001年のオーストラリアＧＰを見て、マシンがまったく違うことやシューマッハやハッキネンの走りをみて再燃。高校に入った年でしたが、夜更かししてみたり、truth21cをＭＤに入れて聴きながら自転車を漕いでいました。懐かしい。青春です。

F1を熱中して観てたのは1989〜1991年頃だけど、個人的に一番好きなOPは1997年版ですね！ 大歓声のなか、マクラーレンMP4/4にセナが座りポールポジション からスタートするシーンは何度見ても良いですね！ あとセナ・プロスト・ピケ・マンセルの四天王はもちろん、ビルヌーブとラウダが出てるところも良い！

「1 MAY 1994 IMORA」・・・嗚呼忘れたくても忘れられない中継がこの後に・・・中継を見終わってから寝られずセナが好きやったわけでも無いのに何故か腫れた目で高校に登校し・・・F1好きの友人と会うなり彼もセナが好きやった訳でも無いのに目が腫れている・・・。 二人学校が終わってから一緒にあの放送の録画を見て・・・今宮さん、三宅さん、川井さんが「死にそうなくらいに辛い現実」を目の当たりにしながらも、未来のF1に目を向け続けることの大事さを語った事を共に号泣しながら見た事を思い出して、おっさん涙が滂沱と溢れてしまいました・・・
