Who edited this video? Atropine is not a reversal agent. Neostigimine is a reversal agent, it is an ACheI allowing more ACh to stick around everywhere. ACh sticks around at the the neuro-musc junction, which is what you want so muscles move. Butt also allows ACh to exist at all the other parasympathetic junctions like heart, which you don't want, which is why atropine, which inihibits ACh at muscarinic receptors is given. It's not given for reversal.
