Intro to cloud native: What are containers?

In this video we discuss what containers are and how they actually work. Most of us probably have heard of docker, but how do they work really? Containers are nothing but namespaces and cgroups in our host os. But containers are a great way to package our application which makes it easy to build and deploy our cloud-native application at scale.
