It’s a beautiful journal, but in my experience when someone , including myself, focuses on decorating the pages with stickers, tape or little drawings it always creates a poorer quality written content. I think it is because when we Sri the in a journal we get most benefit when we write thoughts freely, as they come to mind, honestly. When we think we aren’t thinking about a decorated journal page. We think about ideas which are best expressed through words. When we let our non language creative brain take over then the honest brain does not get to express itself as freely.

I've had this b4, and is thinking of doing it, again! But, yeah, am bored! I like ( moment D ) nowadaysss....it's easier, and more "presentable"!!! This ish OLD FASHIONED!!!
