The surprising simplicity of those dashed lines as a border is understated yet aesthetically effective

I loved the chill vibe of the video. At first I was overwhelmed with the amount of decorations on your journals, but when you described that it helped you be present, disconnect and calm down, that made all the sense in the world. Thanks for the amazing video!

I enjoyed watching as usual, but I have questions. 1) How do you find time to journal especially when you are busy? 2) How do you write in a straight line? I can't everytime I try to do it always slopes to one side.

It’s a beautiful journal, but in my experience when someone , including myself, focuses on decorating the pages with stickers, tape or little drawings it always creates a poorer quality written content. I think it is because when we Sri the in a journal we get most benefit when we write thoughts freely, as they come to mind, honestly. When we think we aren’t thinking about a decorated journal page. We think about ideas which are best expressed through words. When we let our non language creative brain take over then the honest brain does not get to express itself as freely.
