Great presentation. Really interesting how the NHS is using databricks, that should be the gold standard worldwide.

this is great but how does this solve a use case where I have tons of data I need to pull in for a query and the data is in the domain of a provider and I have to make 1 or 2 hops to get it over a vpn and the business policy of the provider does not allow data to be replicated through batch to my domain or its not even feasible to Batch the data because you could not move enough in a night make it worth while or I have real time needs and no time to Batch. What happens if I need to join that data to a local table what do we do here???
