Great video, I bought the Book: "Japan's Hidden Christians" and want to buy more novels that delve into Japan's history with Christianity / Catholic beliefs! It would be cool to have a modern book talking about Modern Christians in Japan and how God is moving to bring in more people to the faith, while talking about Christian roots and exploring the faith's future in that wonderful nation of Japan.

I've read John Dougill's book on Japan's Hidden Christians twice. He writes like he's doing a travel feature, so his descriptions are spot-on. Only 30k of the 60k hidden Christians rejoined the Catholic Church in the 19th century. The numbers are thinning

Hidden Christians put value on harmony with other creeds and traditions since Japan was a land of harmony as the greatest of virtues, and Hidden Christians were also Japanese. Hidden Christians indigenized Christianity successfully, and came to terms with other Japanese people peacefully. As a result, they had kept their faith and life for over 250 years.
