Love, love, love the idea to carry a notebook when you are triggered and write them down to pray to God about later! I tend to "let it go" but it will come back up because I haven't really spoken to/prayed and been intentional with God about it. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for this!!! This is exactly what I need I feel like once I start praying I just kind of get all over the place it’s so hard for me to articulate my words too. I love the idea of the notebook too because I find myself saying to people I will pray for you but then when I get in that space for prayer I have so much going on at home I completely forget to pray for that person 🤦🏻‍♀️ Thank you so much for all these jems this is going to help me tremendously 🫶🏼🙏🏼
