Intro to Shuffle Bowing

In this lesson, I'll show you three different kinds of shuffle bowing: the Nashville shuffle, the simple shuffle and the Georgia shuffle. Shuffle-bowing is a repetitive bow pattern that bluegrass and old-time fiddlers use to create a steady groove.
This lesson will cover the basics of shuffle bowing and will show how to use shuffle bowing to give your playing more rhythmic drive. Interesting presentation! I believe that the term 'tatoring' is a reference to the word potato which if you pronounce it slowly po tato po tato mimics the long short short pattern,.
