I won't even lie, I am doing CS at a rlly good school and I legitimately never understood pre-calc during HS at the fundamental level. With my weak foundation, I was always confused on small topics such as this. I am just brushing up on the small things that bothered me and oh my god why does it make SO MUCH SENSE now?? I find the usage of ≡ rather confusing because of its usage in modular arithmetic as congruency. For me atleast it implies similarity while not necessarily being exactly equal, like having the same remainder. Apart from that, great video.

One I couldn't solve in class but later when I finished the course..here (cos x+ sin x -1)/( cos x-sin x+ 1) = sin x/( 1+ cos x) You'd be tempted to clear fractions but I'm told that is not the correct procedure only the Pythagorean theorem works.. sin ^2 x + cos ^2 x = 1 is all ya need to know
