INTRODUCING ABOUT COCONUT BRIQUETTE CHARCOAL

Vietnam's coconut industry is ranked 4th in total value of the global coconut market. There are currently over 188,000 hectares of coconut areas which concentrated in southern of Vietnam such as Ben Tre, Vinh Long province. Thus Vietnam coconut industry has been developed flourishingly: Coconut core, coconut virgin oil, coconut juice, coconut fiber, coconut candy, coconut mats, coconut fertilizer, handicrafts from coconut trunks and leaf. Due to geographical and tropical climate, Vietnam's coconuts are appreciated in high quality. Furthermore, the coconut shell is a valuable source of raw materials for produce coconut shell charcoal and coconut activated carbon. It is the best of activated charcoal because of their stable, uniform structure and high absorption. But we would like to focus coconut charcoal briquette in this video.
To making coconut briquette, firstly we need to produce coconut shell charcoal through carbonization processing ; is the same technique of black wood charcoal processing. Carbonizing in traditional furnace, it takes about 5 days at 300 degree point, if using metal furnace it takes 12 - 24 hours. Coconut shell charcoal is used in many fields: active carbon, filtered & purified water, deodorization, gold - filtering, and detoxification,... and pressing briquette with 2 applications: BBQ and Shisha.
Our factory located in Ben Tre province. Our supply capacity are BBQ 250 mt( 10 containers) and shisha charcoal 100 mt ( 5 containers) monthly. We are distributing coconut charcoal briquette to Middle East, USA and Europe...
