The relationship between Nigel and Evelyn is sooooo precious! When Evelyn casually remarked that she was wearing the wrong bra and it did not lift her boobs as a balconette would, Nigel just cast a few glances at her chest and deadpanned that if nobody noticed before, hundreds of thousands people were going to notice now! They then discussed comfort versus aesthetics of bras for a couple of minutes like two close girlfriends would. I love this podcast for the positivity, consistency, and vulnerability inherent in their relationship. No matter how sardonic Nigel sounds sometimes, you know he is a great friend and cares deeply for Evelyn. Likewise, Evelyn wears her heart on her sleeve and is always looking out for him. I love how at the beginning of the podcast Nigel is very supportive of Evelyn getting a personal trainer but then towards the end of the episode he is encouraging her to become the Asian Lizzo and so discourages her from getting the PT.... 😂😂 These two take friendship to another level...even their singing duet is sweet

I'm less than halfway through the show but I wanted to say: I love the reincarnation sketch concept - that would be hilarious and even more so the sketch about dual therapy with a PT shouting positive affirmations like a drill sergeant. I'm so encouraged by your journey Evelyn, I'm in a similar situation and just got approved for subsidised therapy starting next week, so I'm really hoping I can get to a stage where I feel good with myself and can stop dulling the stress with pizza and chocolate...
