The closed captions did not have an article at all, so I assumed that it would be "an" because "universal" starts out with a vowel sound. So, sorry about that. I just researched it, and you were correct with "a" for starting "universal." Thanks for showing me that!

@@kiankyars I'm sure someone who's recently studied set theory can confirm if I'm correct or not. In set theory a plus after the letter means only the positive values of the set. N is the counting number (0,1,2,3...) N+ is pretty much the same except it doesn't include 0. Some text books don't use N+ but instead use W (for whole numbers).

Not sure if girard identity is right on the equation. If sum is -2 and product is -4 the equation should be x^2+2x-4 Sum is -b/a Product is c/a
