I use Divi for years as a single person for my own B2B online shop. I do not need Divi AI. Divi AI might be good for the first "pitch" but every professional has to do all the individual content and design things by himself. Elegant Thems should better work on preformance, speed-speed-speed, less CSS, less Java, a real table module, possibility to have 2 items side by side on a smartphone screen and not among each other.

You can get perfect performance scores (verified by Google's PageSpeed Insights tool) with Divi 4.24 and above when you have good hosting. 😀 Excited to see how fast Divi 5 will be when I can already load pages in less than a second. Also interested in the number of sustained req/s.

It looks like this won't drop for another 7 days or until the upgraded Divi Theme is released. It's not released today. That should be stated clearly on the Elegant Themes website. And I'm also assuming the Divi Layouts is a part of the current Divi AI subscription?

If you create your own header using the Divi Theme Builder, you can control its structure and style by accessing all of Divi's modules and design settings. You can also use Divi's Sticky Options to create sticky headers.

@@MacAutomationTips Yes, I updated it before I posted. Within 30 minutes a second update. All is good now. Played with it a bit, and it is impressive, although not ready for primetime, it does show some promise. Now, if I could get the AI to go find clients, that's when I will really smile.

I found it, but my God what a crappy AI! This should never have been pushed to production. No matter how I change the prompt, it still gurgle up the same design. there is no posibility for iteration, a total waste of money as it currently is. Close to a scam! even the images (and image generation ai has been there for months now) it creates is either completely stupid looking dimensions, or miss-figured faces with grotesque faces or arms and legs pointing in all directions. This is not a product to be sold, but an alpha version to be tested.

It's best with this tool to start with a "blank page" as Nick mentions and use it to generate ideas. From there, lock down the colors and fonts and then start replacing its generated content with yours, tweak the design, etc. It's mainly built to get you started on new pages.

I would love to check it out, but when I go to my account on Elegant Themes, it gives me the 403 forbidden error. Also when I try to access divi cloud, same thing. How do I fix that?

Can you try clearing your cookies? Sounds like something is tripped up in the browser authentication process.

@@elegantthemes yes, cleared cookies and did a hard reset and cleared the cache. Works fine on Edge. I submitted a ticket. I am excited to check this new feature out!

I used the example code generation prompts given on the presentation page, and none of them worked as well as the demonstrations. While the presentations look promising, in real-life conditions it doesn't seem to work as well. It's a bit of a disappointment.

There are two issues with Divi Ai,. 1- Images generated are not optimized so I need to purchase yet another plugin to convert them to webp or avif. 2- DIvi Ai doesn't cater to websites in different languages especially RTL (Persian, Hebrew). Simply it's not useful for these languages.

thats why IMHO AI tools shouldn't be part of DIVI at all. there are AI tools that focus on beeing AI tools and thus are going to be always 2 steps ahead of divi. divi should focus on divi 5 and being a wordpress premium theme for the "advanced" frontend designer. i know that elegant themes also needs to generate money, but they could just charge for divi 5 again

Everyone's on the AI bandwagon. It's the number 1. marketing buzz word. Will I use this new tool? Probably not. I got into web design because I like to build websites, not to have an AI system create a run of the mill job for me. Also, Elegant Themes, what did you do with the clone page option? Looks like this AI nonsense took its place.. 😢

Hi, I use today paid version Divi and Chat GPT 4 that is mostly used for translations, generating html blocks for CMS and some code and some other genal use of AI. Does Divi Ai offers same features chat gpt 4 offers (beside its expert knwlege about divi) ?

it's already here. Just go to your wordpress 'appearance' section and it should say update. If you don't see "update" then make sure you have a valid access key allowing you access for free updates. Hope this helps.

Come on Nick, you can do better. How about working on AI features that actually help us creating websites? The pages created with this tool just looking super basic and on mobile version? Let's just don't talk about that. Instead of publishing new AI features that are not even useful for anti-design developers, how about e.g. creating a Plugin that converts Figma Designs to DIVI Layout? That would actually gain users to DIvi and make it interesting to work with.. I just don't understand why everyone wants to publish AI features that are half-developed. I really don't get it.
