I bought the Facecam mk.1 and found it lacked features like Manual white balancing and brightness settings. Does this one have those? I went back to using my 12yr old Logitech webcam because it has features that the Facecam didn't 😅

Manual white balance and brightness adjustments are both available for Facecam MK.1 and Facecam MK.2 through Camera Hub.

I love the addition of the sliding cover. I have the original Facecam and I have to take the lense cover off and then put back on after every stream. Great upgrade! ❤

I got one and I am pretty happy with it. I released a review on my channel for anybody interested. I am not a crazy full blown KZbinr with crazy lighting setups, but just a frikkin nerd making guitar tech reviews etc. in my man cave, do thr results might be more realistic and relatable than what sone other channels can offer.

I think you might be confused. Elgato has already released a 4K60 webcam. Look up "Elgato FACECAM Pro". It's world's first 4K60 webcam.

the Facecam Pro does 4K/60, and this one's 120fps if you drop to 720p fingers crossed the Pro MK.2 has 4K/120 or 1080P/120 whenever that comes out, but huge steps already made

@@phototristan Yeah, I was referring to a potental "Pro MK.2" since the product in the video is a MK.2 of the original Facecam Granted the Pro currently out is actively getting pretty awesome firmware updates, just got tint control, so I wonder how far things will go with that

It doesn't really make sense for the webcam market for streamers - it's gonna be a corner of the screen for most, most of the time. I've got an expensive webcam that can do 4K but I only ever use it in 1080p mode, even when full screen.

Pretty useless if you can buy s Logitech brio for less that has 4k60fps I really don't see a need for that

Compare them mate. Logitech is way behind. not as detailed and worst of all. Logitech doesnt have a good dedicated software that saves your settings not matter what like Elgato. This is way clear and if you want the best just go for Elgato facecam Pro like i did which is the best you can get although the 4k60fps is a bit overkill for streaming
