V is deinitely an old soul that's beautiull. Love this song! I picture it as Tae creating V, the persona. Him walking and dancing by himself, in the theater (the performer), walking with a teddy bear (the child in him) the dancing crowd (those who influenced him).. And in the end, he discovers "paradise" when he finally sees his creation of V and somewhat accepts it that it's definitely a part of him. Still just my thought. Winter is Tae's favorite season and, through it all, when winter comes, he still feels warmth even in the cold because he knows he will always have his creation with him. his creation is "dark" because of all the trials and pain" he as endured. So the girl is also a part of him, his many facets of his persona. Truly a masterpiece!

This is loosely based on the mythical Greek story of Pygmalion a scupltor who sculpted a woman whom he named Galatea who was pretty & so lifelike he fell in love with her. In the story Aphrodite the Goddess of Love, turned Galatea into a real person so Pygmalion can finally have happiness in his life. The twist in this MV is at the end when V(red Jacket) realizes he was also a statue turned to life by his creator V(black jacket). This was great acting by V, his & Hyo Shin's voices blended so well together. If people are confused to when Hyo Shin sang his part, I suggest people watch the official MV released by Hybe of the 2 guys sitting in a restarant & singing the song to each other. Hyo Shin is also a popular singer in Korea, him & V are good friends in real life so the chemistry between them is natural.

Tae discoverer that he isn't real and his creator go to die him destroying the sculpture of himself and he accepts his fate.😊😊😊

This is incredibly nostalgic for me, especially at Christmas time with the classics. Since so much love is being given to Tae-and he deserves it--I have to give my love to Park Hyo Shin too. Before I was ARMY he was my favorite all-time male vocalist. This song has gorgeous blend with their voices. If anyone wants to check out Park Hyo Shin, his classic "Wildflower" is a must.

Anyone say but I think all his sculpture rebellious against his creator, for this Tae in black is hurt, and he returned to show Tae in red that he isn't real and he will die because Tae in black will destroy all sculptures. V has a lot of involvement on the creative process. He has always seen his music in a visual format and he really is an artist. If you watch the shooting sketch you will see that V has a lot of say in the directing of the mv. People forget that V has credits as a director for two MV’s - someone like you and winterbear. He was also the visual director of the groups BE album so was heavily involved in the direction of the storyline for the ‘life goes on’ mv. He even had the insight to get jk to be the mv director. V would be an amazing movie director.
