Yes she can rap, her tone is exceptional, she hits the highest notes, the low notes, her vocal range is 5 octaves and 4 notes and she hits her notes to perfection, whistle notes, raspy ,squeaks, etc. My opinion she is the best vocalist I have ever heard. I am canadian and 68 and have followed music all my life. I have listened to Whitney. Mariah, Barbra Streisand, celine, all great and to me she stands out.

I'm 77 and I agree with you - the best I've ever heard. Warm rich tone, extreme range up into the whistle register, very precise, wonderful runs and riffs which are never ostentatious, signature squeak transition which vocal coaches admit they don't know how to do, able to power belt or whistle for 15 seconds on a single breath - she has it all - and she has the sweetest, most humble personality as well.

Actually , this Morissette is named after her father's favorite , Canadian singer , Alanis Morissette . This was in 2017/18 she was 21/22 at the time. Morissette is one of few females vocalists that can belt chest voice, in the high 5th octave range , where many slip into head voice. WISH has Annual awards show.......and have for the last 8 years at the end of Jan , Morissette has 36 awards and the next closest has , 14 and she is the only one in the WISH Hall of Fame. She is in 5"1 or 2
