As much as I loved the Scrambler build and wasn’t toooooo sure about you reverting it back into a “cruiser”, I REALLY love the way this bike looks! ❣️#BigSissyBarEnergy

I like the fact that you are not afraid to modify your bike to whatever vision you have for it regardless of what anyone else thinks it should be. That is the definition of an old school chopper guy. Keep doing what you're doing man.

Sweet!!! Praiseallelujah! I love what you've done with the Snortster!

I definitely like the look with the tank lift. Also the custom sissy bar. You have created an amazing new bike. Changes the look in a good way.

Sounds like the old iron head I bought back in the '70s. I put 6" extensions on the forks, not a good idea. Without changing the angle of the neck you end up with stability issues and it decreases the amount of gas that can get out of the tank (less mileage). But a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do, so do your own thing and make your own decisions. Have fun.

i ran those exact same mufflers on my 84 honda cm250, added a nice rumble to a sowing machine motor. personally id do a header wrap. quick tip that will help with tightening the wrap, figure out how much you need, plus an extra inch or 2, cut it, dunk it in a bucket of water, makes applying alot easier

I really like this version of Gordita. Great job on the exhaust and sissy bar. I think it definitely has a 60's, 70's vibe going. Sounds good too. Great job 👍

Enjoyed seeing you think about what you wanted and then put it together. I admire your fabrication skills. The bike looks good!

Bike’s looking great! Pro tip with the heat wrap- soak it in a bucket of water for about 10-15 minutes before using it. Then cinch one end in a vice, extend the wrap and roll the pipe to wrap it. A bit more time consuming but makes the job much easier and a tighter fit.

Those mufflers look like a pair I bought out of a J. C. Whitney catalog back in the late 70s. $20 shipped. Sounds about the same on my CB360T.

$40 mufflers sounds great! You’d better link them or you’re gonna get all kinds of dm’s. Wrap would be the way I’d go.

Very nice. The only thing I would do is put some nice street tires on it. The knobey's look cool but I would not think they would be the best on the pavement. Your fabrication looks fine and it's yours which is the best part. Thanks for the video.

Sure is like a retro 1970's chopper. Don't see many like that anymore. (back in the day, we used to be able to fit a case of "beverages" strapped on the front forks, not sure if yours is raked drastically enough for that, but it looks close. 🙂)

@anthonylayt6188 Жыл бұрын
It has come up great. I like the look with the knobbies to. Toughens it up. I think if you got some hydraulic tube clamps or similar you could then fab up a rack that , with protection , sat on your rear seat attached to the sissy bar with the clamps. You could even make it drop over the sides to support soft saddle bags. Food for thought . Cheers from Australia. Tony.
