Take just a few moments to hear Alison Bisset reveal her favourite holidays for 2020. Alison joined our family in 2019, bringing a wealth of travel experience with her. Our Head of Product & Marketing Daniel Adams worked alongside Alison in the 90s, learning the ropes from her (his team leader), whilst they escorted groups throughout Austria and Italy!
Our Tour Managers are the glue that holds a group together and are carefully selected for their first-rate organisational skills, knowledge of their destination and - most crucially - their caring, sensitive attitude and ability to make people feel instantly at ease.
