Follow this navigation path: Opstra -> Pair Trading -> Pair Trading Screener -> Click on Z-Score. You will then see the Z-Score chart, and the backtesting results will be displayed just below that.

Dear Sir, What to do when we took a trade on all parameters hit and build a Pair but suddenly CADF Score come to Zero and Net score falls to 3

As long as you initiated the trade when net score 5 or more, it shouldn't matter what happens to net score after that.

Good feature, If you can add a feature to select custom period of coinegration and correlation. I choose pairs based on Excel model for 100 period.

This menu is also used by quantsapp but there is difference they testing screening of that correlated instrument but they are developing scanning of pair screen

As per conventional practice, 30 days is the standard parameter, and cannot be changed currently.

One on them could be liquidity issues if an option goes deep ITM leading to slippages.

We are not sure if we have understood it correctly, but if you mean to add current and next month futures of a single scrip, you can do it using Strategy Builder, but according to us, the payoff may not be of much use.
