This is mind-blowing. This tools is one stop solution for all the things I do in a very crude way, such as saving PBI file as ZipFolder and later extracting as a folder to see the report constituents and access JSON file to analyze the report structure. + ALM toolkit for report comparison + Tabular editor to manage calc groups So on and so forth. Best part, the PBIP doesn't save the raw data and safe to upload without infosec approvals. Win win in all angles. Kudos to Hevens consulting Team.

Great tool, especially the best practice feature that enables novices and intermediate PBI users to self-audit their reports and models against industry best practices. I am still waiting to see how the whole pipeline will review the fabric semantic model in power bi service. Otherwise well done to team at Truviz Inc.👍👍👍

Thanks vijay to you and your team that must have worked very hard to build something this useful. further,as i have understood..right now if i have created lets say 2 dev branch and i need to continuously do version control theor work with main branch..they need to upload their pbip folder evry time when they want to commit?? or send me the folders everyday and i will upload them to do the version control???

Hi Hemant, thanks for the feedback. We are glad that you like the product. Regarding the question, the developers can create their own branches from Main Branch in Powerops itself using Plus icon next to branches. Then they can use the modify option next to file name on the left nav bar to upload new versions of same file. Later you can compare and merge the changes. We are getting pull request functionality in next quarter into powerops. Then you can merge right from the powerops itself. Hope this helps.

Comparing reports, it would be absolutely amazing if PowerOps could create a summary that could be used as a starting point for a changelog.
