With the feet so close together, how does that ride with some speed? Is it bouncing due to the wind?

The best part about the River Quiver is that it is a single extrusion vs. just tubes. The center of the extrusion serves as an I-beam, making it incredibly strong and rigid. It is completely ok to have both mounts to the rear of the coupler, so long as you have adequate racks and they are properly installed!
