How the gps coordinates are transmitted to the cloud? Where is that LoraWan Gateway located? Do i need to create infrastructure by my own?

The GPS coordinates are transmitted to the cloud via LoRaWAN where the place is covered with LoRaWAN network. A LoRaWAN gateway can cover a range up to 10km for the network coverage. There are some public LoRaWAN networks (such as The Things Network, Helium, you can check if your area is covered here:ttnmapper.org/heatmap/) which you can use if you're in their coverage. If your applications are located in a no-LoRaWAN network coverage, yes, you need to create the network infrastructure by yourself.
