It's an amazing place, I went there on a school Geography trip 4-5 years ago. If you can ever find the time/money to visit, I highly recommend it. My favourite place was definitely the volcanic black sand beach at Vik, with the hexagonal basalt columns.

I will be very honest. When I watched Zuck's horrible ad for Meta, I was both scared and depressed that someone so void and yet so powerful was promoting an escapist, emotionally draining, false "reality" as if it was something unstoppable and, more than that, healthy and universally acclaimed. It restores my hope.
