Think it ended up being around 15 all up managed to get the motor and trailer fairly cheap but works mint

Hey Have one ordered but wanting to know how much sea spray comes over the front and would you consider a spray dodger install.Also transferring the fuel tote to the front of the boat.Your thoughts.Cheers

@@oliverbrothers1958 hi mate from my experience in this boat the wide sides have a tendency to soak up most of the chop when on the plane however on the windy days a spray dodger may come in handy. for the toat tank I think it all depends on the way you would load your boat and the power of your motor I chose to put mine in the rear so I could plane a bit quicker with a loaded boat but overall having the fuel tank In the nose wouldn’t effect it too much.

@@JahnaReti Thanks for the quick reply We have a 40hp Suzuki 4 stoke which is heavy and they reckon the skipper is as heavy if not more as the motor.thats the reason for transferring some weight to the front.Going with all your recommendations in your video but find cleaning down and getting rid of sand etc could be a problem. So how is the sump working or would you recommend redesigning the drain holes and scuppers to something different.

Coming from an older f14 with no sump having a sump definitely speed up the wash down process it captures and throws 80% of the sand out most times and really helps getting the floor nice and clean .for the scuppers I haven’t had the need for redesign them they do sit slightly higher of the ground but it hasn’t effected the draining at all.
