I ❤ it. Everything you wanted in a tiny house. Windows they open and close. Ribbon Stair Case. An extended 3 inches of head room. Full range oven. Jiluck ups for washer and dryer. A work room office in one loft . Sofa area . Some closet space . Just the right amount of length. You can add stuff as well. Huck up for washer dryer . Done well. Plenty of natural sun light. I just wish there was another ribbon Stair Case to the storage loft. What is great is that you can add more clothes storage in either the flex room or the storage loft. You can also have an office in the storage loft if you needed that. The ribbon Stair Case is great and the flex room for people who have pets. Big dog can sleep in a furniture end table dog house. An office space where you can place a printer. It has so much possibilities for a tiny house. A lot of houses that size don't have the full sink with medicine cabinet and storage. It has linen closet. Great build 40 year warranty. Love it. They stand behind their work. You have time to travel before you decide to place it on a foundation so it can appreciate it value.cplsces like Texas, and more recently Main want tiny homes. It makes sense. One price and save money for a long time.

Great looking place. Except to add one concern, this should've been made to run off grid or to perhaps to mention the possibility of running the tiny house off grid.

Thanks for the input, this unit is set up as a destination unit that would require full utilities. But you make an excellent point we could modify this home to be used off grid if desired, we would need to change up the appliances a bit but it is possible.

I loved in brownstone town hiuse. You have to insulate your windows every late fall into early spring. Even in my homeless shekter room,😠which is mostly windows at 8 width snd 10 feet, with modt of my wall on one side judt window thst ten feet on a 12 Foot height, I hsve to insulatr with wet News Papaer. If it is really very cold I use Plastic over the window and seal it off with tape snd then use dock tape. Everything works better including the heaters. I dont think there is any way to stsy warm in the winter without insulation .

It is disappointing to see builders always ignore the fact that you can't stand up in the loft and that makes it uncomfortable to stay in the loft.Why can't they realise that everyone will feel comfortable to stand up in the loft?

That would be awesome, but because of code we are not able to build them that high, they would not be able to be transported safely. We also make units without lofts.
