Cory, I've had over 5 Soul Press 2s and each developed an audible scratchy sound in the pots that comes out in the tone when sweeping through the wah range of the pedal. Is your signature pedal version made from the same potentiometers or have they been upgraded to another part? I love having 3 in one, but I hate that it always develops a scratchy tone when using the wah function. I've even taken it apart to get to the bottom of the cause and looked into ways to upgrade the potentiometers to a better grade that won't develop the scratchy noise. You moving the visual indicator on the left side was a big improvement, I always find myself accidentally playing the volume vs wah with the current position! Good on you and congratulations on this partnership. I hope it's a massive success with guitarists!

Expression is always on, this is basically a rebranded soulpress II by hotone with a few small upgrades. I have been using the soulpress II for years its honestly one of my favorite pedals ever. I have my vol/wah in a loop switcher so its only in the signal chain if I want it, that way i can used expression and such without doing volume swells or wahwah sounds. I do like using the wah and expression pedal at the same time occasionally.
