Hello My friend..! so when i was trying to add my H100 to my HikBox app i get binding failed pop up message, so do you have any idea about why this happen..? i tried to find a firmware for it to updated but i couldn't find any thing. so please if you can help..!!

Good morning, I have Hikvision H100 equipment at my home that I use to store images from the Ezviz cameras at my home, however the HD was defective and I replaced it with another one, but I can't format it because it shows an error, when formatting it asks for a code that I receive by email but when entering the code it displays the error and requests to restart the equipment. I would like if possible to unlink it from my account and create a new one, as I don't remember the password. Please I need support.
