I can understand your issue, however, who understands Hindi like to learn/ watch lectures with mix of Hindi and English for better understanding and more clarity, and they are major part of viewers, so it becomes first priority. I have also plan to make videos exclusively in English but it may take some time, not possible to prepare them immediately. If you have to complete SPOM now, you should try to search video lectures on KZbin, you will find someone. Hope you would understand the same! All the best!

Everyone is more comfortable to learn anything is their native languages then English, English is common language to communicate but secondary to connect when you have other common option! And to be honest, who knows Hindi prefers to learn and understand in Hindi English, so I would like to upload sperate lectures for Hindi-English and Only English. Summary: Traditional Costing Cost Control (Ignores qualitative aspects, Reactive & Temporary in nature) vs Strategic Costing Cost reduction (Acknowledge qualitative aspects, Proactive & Permanent in nature) Porter's 5 Forces model (Value Chain analysis)- Primary Activities- Inbound logistics, Operations, Outbound Logistics, Marketing (4Ps(Product, Place, Price, Promotion) + 3Ps (People, Process, Physical evidence - helps to serve better and for positioning) and sales and After-sales Services) - Vertical in nature (i.e., they go in flow) Secondary Activities- Firm infrastructure, Techonology Development, HR management, Procurement- Horizontal in nature Supplier evalaution, RM, POs comes under Procurement and not Inbound logistics. Segregate value-added and non-value added(NVA) activities, curtail expense on NVA (cost leadership), improve VA (product differentiation)
