Nice lecture. The problems is concepts like spin of particles is difficult to digest. The problem is most of the books they talk about spin. After Dirac studied particles like electrons moving at speed close to the speed of light he found strange concepts like spin, antimatter etc. spin is not easy to understand. It is an intrinsic property. Stern gerlach experiment etc talks about spin. Most difficult thing to understand.

First nptel which also shows jokes in the middle of lecture , they are always so strict and to the point , it is nice we can relate physics to real world through examples that respected sir is showing 🙏

One moment, he says a black body "emits nothing". The very next moment he says the black body "emits something" and starts talking of emission spectra. THIS is teaching?
