Administrative law is a tool of activism at the disposal of every citizen - yet it's the tool least used by citizens, largely due to misconceptions about what administrative courts can and can't do, but also due to the fact that it is inherently fit for only some types of personalities.
Administrative lawfare requires knowledge of procedure and certain personality traits. Even so, almost everyone can do it and those on the non-Left are missing out by not using this tool. Ultimately, procedure is the God and a lot of policies and laws can be nullified in an administrative court on procedure. Not to mention how many bureaucrats can be held to account through it.
