We have code coverage report that have been shared with our semi partners. It is not a public information right now, we are working with those partners to see how we can share them.

How much of RAM retention involved above the 50kb flash size of the Azure RTOS for minimal function cloud connection?

It all depends on how much memory you have for the MCU you use. Basically you can use up all the RAM for the app you develop, depends on the complexity of your app for sure.
