Yeah, Jimin is very kind and nice, he really is, but there's little devil living inside. And he's one of the most (or even the most) intimidating members in the group. BTS says he's the scariest when angry. I've read one journalist writing that during press-conference Jimin stared into everyone's eyes, and no one could handle his stare, one guy even left the room. Jimin... Jimin is a sweet boy. He is our Angel. He is the most caring soul, he loves to take care of his members. In the clip where Hobi was crying it was his birthday and he had just watched a video message from his parents, Jimin was close so that he could comfort him. Jimin "feeds" us the most on social media as he loves us and our attention. Jimin is honestly such an icon Even in Korea, it’s very common to only hear praise associated with his name Jimin mentioned himself that back in there earlier days, he struggled with his masculinity (trying to appear manly) But now he allows himself to express himself naturally His voice is so unique and you won’t find another like it The way he expresses emotion through dance is just so beautiful (I sound like a Jimin Stan right now I know, but I’m OT7 for life, this is just a Jimin video so why not go off lol 😂)

Sorry, Jimin is my bias and this is going to be a long one, lol Jimin at the young age of 12-13 started studying, performing, and competing (winning every competition) in hip hop, popping, and street dancing while attending the renowned Busan Just Dance Academy, while going to middle school as well. He was so good that at one point when he had trouble paying the tuition fee, an instructor payed it for him, letting him continue for free! Just think how talented you have to be to have the instructor pay your fee for you. Jimin then went on to study and perform contemporary dance, continuing his schooling at the Busan High School of the Arts, where he also studied ballet, traditional Korean dance, and popping & locking. Jimin also continued being a top student with honors just as he did in middle school, not just in the arts, but academically as well. He always got perfect scores, math came naturally to him and he excelled in science as well. That is why he was class president continually for 9 years! Though he received top grades his father at one time wanted him to become a lawyer, his teacher talked his very loving and supportive father into allowing his son to become the great artist that he ultimately became. Jimin performed at a huge concert in Busan where after seeing him perform, the media called him "The rising star of Busan". He also received an offer to go overseas to dance but Jimin wanted to sing as well, to the dismay of one of his dance instructors, who said, "the world of dance was going to lose a great artist." So Jimin went and auditioned for BigHit Entertainment, where he ultimately signed, being the last member of BTS to join. Even though he only was a trainee for about a year, BigHit, the entertainment company of BTS, was so impressed that they officially gave Jimin the title of Main Dancer & lead Vocalist from debut! Also, since he was a little boy, Jimin trained for 8 years in various kinds of martial arts. Achieving a black belt in Taekwondo as well as also training in Kumdo (Korean form of kendo). Jimin was so good that he received a scholarship to go to China to study more extensively. Jimin has found a way to incorporate all the different dance disciplines and styles he's learned throughout the years as well as all his martial arts capabilities into his own unique style of dance that just naturally draws you in. His phenomenally amazing inner core strength (probably from all those years of martial arts) allows him the ability to achieve all those amazing gravity-defying moves he manages to somehow make look so effortless. He's also VERY flexible. Watch Jimin's Flexible Moments....it's amazing! He is looked up to by many other idols, not just for his amazingly outstanding stage presence, his dancing ability, his ever so beautiful pure high singing note, but also for his work ethic. He is known as a perfectionist and can be found practicing continually to perfect his clean lines, his extensions all the way to his fingertips, his grace and poise while dancing, as well as working on his facial expressions even to the look in his eyes all to convey the emotion and meaning of any given song. He does the same vocally, internalizing the music first, then at times changing the inflection of certain notes to try to show as much emotion and feeling of the song. He's also very loving and kind as so many have already said, and he's very generous. It just came out that he bought 1200 chairs and desks for all of the students at the Busan School of the Arts, where he used to attend. He bought them over school break and was trying to remain anonymous, but the press got wind of it and numerous articles have been written.

Remember they raised each other and learned to trust and rely on each other as brothers. Jimin has a black belt. He has trained for 8 years in kendo and taekwondo martial arts. Think how strong his core is? Tae has said, Jimin is his BEST Friend and he feels safe telling Jimin his secrets. I think that tells you a lot about Jimins' character. Jimin is the one in the group who remembers birthdays and makes sure there is cake. He does have a heart filled with empathy for others but the others in BTS know if they need someone to listen or give a hug, they know Jimin will be there for them.

I think bts being open about their feelings and the way they are towards each other is 1 of the reasons why they’re so huge because not only are they talented but they also show their emotional and vulnerable side and not a lot of guys are like that especially in other countries like America. They are not afraid to break the boundaries between masculinity and femininity with their songs, clothes and the way they are so people especially fans love the fact that they show they are just like everyone else because not a lot of celebrities are like that especially guys. OK so... Hearing you call jimin athletic yet soft.. I gotta tell you.. . Jimin has the highest belt of all BTS, with a black belt. Jimin is an angel gracing everyone with his presence on earth. He’s the most kind hearted, hard-working, talented, and passionate being ever. It is crazy remembering how insecure he was in their early days. Bts debuted with a dark, masculine concept which was popular at the time. This was really difficult for jimin as you said he is naturally very soft. He worked out a lot to gain muscles and had to show off his abs a lot during that era. It really impacted him as he was struggling with body image issues. Not too long ago, he opened up about how happy he is to finally feel comfortable in his own skin and not have to pretend to be anyone but himself. It shows that their message encouraging their fans to love themselves really stems from their own personal stories and that is what makes it even more meaningful.

I adore Jimin. I love all of them, but Jimin is a bit more special to my heart because I identify more with him, especially as a contemporary/ballet dancer myself. He’s beyond precious. In that regard, you’ve mentioned several times your observations on the boys’ dynamics with each other. Might I suggest a video to watch? “BTS Is Not A Group, BTS Is A Family” by JHope Is Sexy. There are 2 parts, but I’ll link the first below. Unless there is another one that is better, this gives a glimpse into how much the boys really love each other and ARE family. Jimin has a black belt in Taekwondo.also did other martial arts.Did contemporary dance for 2 years and also hip hop dancing.He is very eager to learn and practice to get better.He is working on makinh music right now.His stage presence is no joke.His voice soft and comforting.But he can growl and belte high notes too. A weird combo BTS are.A combo that normally wouldn't work.But thats what makes them so special.You can put them in a box.BTS is BTS and they always surprise you with what they can bring to the table.

Yeah, Jimin is a very soft guy and we love him for it. Jimin used to have a hard time accepting himself, in the way that he didn’t want to let himself be as soft as he is now. Especially since bts debuted with this very “tough guy” concept and their earlier songs being very hiphop based. If you look back at videos from then you can really see how hard Jimin was trying to be “manlier” and less himself. Not to say that he was fake back then, and you could see his soft side jump out when he wasn’t on broadcasts or when he got comfortable, but he just tried very hard to be what others expected him to be. Jimin has talked about this before and tbh I’m really proud of him and happy that he feels comfortable being himself these days.

Cutie, sexy, lovely. You can't separate those from him. Jimin very affectionate person. From him, the member learn to show the love they have to each other. Giving present at birthday, hug fairy, compliment others a lot, and very cutely want the others compliment him too, a friend in deed and in need (i want a person like him too in my life 😭). So polite and soft. And recently he become more funny, happier cos he said now he comfortable a lot to be himself. He also the most haters target. one of the best things about bts is how there is genuinely no competition between the members, there's no trying to one-up each other or outshine the other members at all. they've known each other for so long and have suffered through so many hardships together that they truly consider each other family. they always support each other, and when they have solo projects they always hype each other up. they want each other to be happy, to be successful and to do everything they want to do in life. the love they have for each other is very pure and genuine. of course in things like run bts you'll see they definitely get competitive when it comes to games but in real life, they're each others biggest fans.

yeah you are right, each one of them are uniquely different from each other but they are good together. They are bringing out the best of each other. They are filling the lack of each other and keeping the good thing of each other. They are not just a group, they are family. And Jimin is the sweetest. He is always there for them in good and bad times and he never fails to comfort his brothers when they need him. I wish I could have a brother like him. You mentioned that Jimin had some contemporary in him well he was the top student at his contemporary class he was so good his teacher paid for his classes plus he's the one that advice Jimin to try out for big hit. He's also makes most of the other members birthday cakes. You have to remember that these guys have grown up together they're more than just a group they're family. Even when they have time off they can't stay away from each other. Jimin was last to join but spend the least amount training.

One major thing you will notice with Jimin is he's musicality. Very rarely do you see someone with his talent. He's dancing is so expressive and emotional. I seen MJ live a few times in concert (massive fan) and I would say, Jimin reminds me of him a lot with his movements. Some fans say Jungkook is like MJ, but Jimin has more of that fluid movement. MJ and Jimin were artists born to dance. I love JHope and the other members dancing skills. But Jimin draws your eye.

@@MorePara8 I have seen a lot of artists in my time live. Including the greats like Prince, Janet Jackson, Madonna, Beyonce etc. MJ was on another level, I seen him on 3 different tours. Even though he danced with some skilled performers, hes movements were on a whole other scale. Its hard to explain, but even though he was trained to dance, hes movements were so fluid. You could definitely tell when hes back up dancers changed their movements, with him everything flowed to the next. Experiences i will never forget.

I was introduced to BTS through Jimin's Serendipity mv. He looked & sounded like an angel! Yes..I too learned that he is a devil in performances! 😘 The video doesn't really explain how hard it was nor how hard he worked to make it! He practiced non-stop and even starved himself. He had to change his dance style to fit and learn how to sing on the go. The other members state how much he cares for them and his maturity. Truly he is talent!! Jimin biased! 😍🤗
