What is the price range for remediation works for a site that is 0.07 acres. I just want abit of understanding for price range. Thanks.

No way to even begin to estimate that based on the information provided. Depth of the contamination (and depth of the groundwater) are two of the largest factors that determine remediation cost. And also what substances are at the root of the contamination can make a HUGE difference in cost. You need to hire an environmental consultant to do a site assessment to even begin estimating remediation costs.

What are the risks to building on contaminated land that has TCE in ? I would appreciate a answer thank you

Hi Layla. TCE is a volatile compound. Also quite mobile in the environment. Main risks would likely include: vapour ingress into buildings and inhalation by humans; possible contamination of groundwater. TCE will degrade over time, but some of the degradation/daughter products are also highly toxic (have a Google for vinyl chloride).
