Anamarie P. Nepaya In this video it talks about the different types of credit. When we talk about credit which is promise to pay for something of value later. Credit is very important because it helps you to get the things you need. As we can see the balance sheet of the company they dont have enough money to get those assets such as inventory or property plans and equipment, so they will create liabilities in a form of credit. The company must add both assets and liabilities to its balance sheet when its uses credit to grow the company. Their are 3 ways to use credit to operate and grow the business. First , fund working capital which is short term and currents assest. Second, funding long term growth projects or capital expenditures such as building and factory. Third, funding acquisitions buying other busines. These are the three(3) commonly reason why company use credit. Individuals also can use credit.The video discuss the definition of credit and the benefit of using credit as a source of funding for the company.
