A.o.A Respected Sir Kindly make a video on the cancelation report prepared by the police in criminal cases and prosecution requests to court pls conduct the trail due to good material available on record against the criminal. Bez IO make the base less report. If the trail shall be conducted so how will the trail conduct and which kind of thing we need to follow during trail. How do we exhibit the document during trail?

File a private complaint (istigasa) before the magistrate u/s 200 CrPC against the cancellation report of police. (Ikraj Report). The documents Exhibited during the recording of evidence in trial court as: EX. PA ..... to the first prosecution document, it may be an oral statement (Frd byan), FIR, or complaint(apllucation for Registeration of FIR ) the others documents on which be prosecution relies will be exhibited as Ex. PB, EX. PC , Ex. PC and so on. The documents which accused present in his defence will be Exhibited as Ex. DA, Ex. DB, Ex.DC, and so on. These docs can be exhibited either during cross examination or file a pruvate complaint (istigasa) before the magistrate u/s 200 CrPC against the cancellation report of police. (Ikraj Report).
