I LOVE that you gave a history lesson on what you’ll be helping us create. It really demonstrates that you understand what it means culturally & respect that rather than just have a “mandala theme” series or “mandala inspired” like other people do. Thank you so much for that!

Very much looking forward to this series. I have to admit I get bored easily and have several WIPs because of this. But mandalas are ever-changing! I’m excited!

Annie Delgado Thank You so much. I did just that and it’s endless. I can’t wait to get started! They are so cute. I wanted to make a bedspread and have been searching for something. A Mandala would work so nice. Hope I can do what’s in my mind lol

What is the rule for creating uniform mandalas utilizing different stitches and geometrical pattern within the same design? Is there anything that can help with the design more easily

I still don't get the "it" thing about Mandelas. I see a circle with intricate patterns and well chosen color placement. I think they are gorgeous, but not relaxing to make. I have to think so much harder crocheting in a circle and constantly lose my place. I really wish they came easier to me. 😶

A true mandela is round representing the circle of life, friends, and family. But, if you want to make the pattern into a square, I guess that's up to you. The colors and patterns are beautiful in any shape.

Do you have pattern for dreamcatcherd
@TheCrochetCrowd7 жыл бұрын
I don't off hand. It's a very sacred item. So I won't have a pattern for that. You might want to try Ravelry.
@3jdni7 жыл бұрын
You can take any mandala or circle design and attach it to a hoop :) You can then crochet around the hoop to hide it if you want and add all sorts of decorations and handles!
