Your explanation of the loading point is superb, most people just never really give a detailed explanation for it. Bottom line, the point at which the car can sustain it's motion without engaging the accelerator

A very good instructor,at what point do we toa the handbreak

@Justinakatungwanathan we toa the handbrake when the vehicle engine reaches a loading point. When driving a manual vehicle. After stop when releasing the clutch, there is that point that the vehicle starts to vibrate whereby if you release the clutch above that, it jerks off, It you press the clutch down it loses the momentum. That point of balance is what we call the loading point . So when you balance the clutch at loading point you toa the handbrake. You also engage the handbrake after a complete stop. Hopefully that helps

Are you supposed to ride a bicycle or a Motorcycle on one wheel?. The answer is no, is it possible? The answer is yes but it’s not safe. The disadvantage outweighs the advantages. Right?.. now are you supposed to use the gas pedal and acceleration pedal together?, No. Its it possible for someone to use them together?, yes, but the disadvantage outweighs the advantages. Hopefully you now understand

Yes you can if you need to slow down without shifting gear. Actually on an emergency stop you first hit the brakes then the clutch for efficient and effective breaking.
