Hey! I had a silly question. Is Na-K ATPase (primary active transport) an antiporter? Antiporters are secondary active transporter I guess and at some site they mentioned Na-K ATPase is an antiporter. It would be very kind if you clear this out .

Antiporter (exchanger) is a secondary active transporter. This doesn’t apply to Na-K ATPase because it’s a primary active transporter. That site got confused and thought that just because two molecules move in the opposite direction, therefore it’s an antiporter, but that’s not sophisticated!
