Your videos are really special. You are sharing very unique information that is very hard to find anywhere. I am very passionate about tea and enchanted by jingmai mountain and the history of this magical place. Thank you for sharing

Fascinating lesson, William. I found most interesting the fact that the altitude of a garden is most relevant when considered along with the garden’s RELATIVE elevation; i.e., is it at the bottom, middle, or top of a mountain. Have you already done a lesson on Chin’s jurisdictional naming convention? For instance, in the US, we use neighborhood (though not all have a name), city (regardless of size), county, state.

Very nice documentary, and I deeply appreciate you sharing your insights. It would be fantastic if you could produce another video focusing on the Yiwu area

I personally think Jingmai tea is for beginners, but also for the terminators who have been drinking pu'er tea for many years, for Jingmai tea has intensive and rich aromas, soft but round and well-balanced tea, and ends with a long-lasting throat feeling and finish. And Jingmai mountains have many villages with different sub-regions, resulting in their different styles and subtle flavors. If someone tells you Jingmai tea is light because Jingmai tea is well-balanced it misguides people to think that Jingmai tea is light. Jingmai produces quite an amount, so the price is really affordable, thanks to that, tea lovers can have good tea at a reasonable price. What's more, if we visit the Jingmai mountains, we can explore the bio-diversity and the well-preserved source of humanity, this is something other tea mountains can't compete with. You may get bored soon in other mountains, but you will always be curious about it as long as you stay in Jingmai. William and Yubai are doing a great job, sharing their passion and love with Jingmai, and other tea mountains too. Now China is open to many countries, all tea lovers are welcomed to visit Yunnan and dive deep into the real tea world.

the rebuilding is likely just replacing roof tiles rather than total demolition. This activity is done almost everywhere at specific intervals of the decade
