I just ordered your neurotype quiz. Although I suspect I am type 2A, I will take the quiz to confirm. I stumbled upon your training complexes for the big four movements and they were super satisfying. It was the first time I stuck with any training template for any length of time. I've always gotten bored with something in a month and started looking for something else. People have always made fun of me for being ADD about training. Having multiple Nero vs. Muscular dominant components and getting to play with implements like butcher sleds was very satisfying. Thank you, coach. Keep producing great content.

If my adrenaline is not going then I'm bored. I have probIems deloading too. switching to dumbbells for bench or shoulder presses is considered a deload or an "easier" workout for me. I don't understand how people are so relaxed in gyms socializing or staring at their phones too and see some with great physiques too. I hate it when someone wants to stop me and have a conversation about my weekend an such. It kills my training. A simple small talk is good but back at it I go. I just smile and keep my head down. I am very polite to others but only talk sets and reps when interacting with others. I learned about the conjugate 10 years ago and have been training since 95. Naturally as the years prgressed I train close to that style instinctually as I progressed over the years and learned my type of training had a name. My style is still different but relates to it. Though my main lifts never go any lower than 3 - 5 reps.

Someone: Why are you bipolar? Christian: Because I'm type 2A.

Good theory, but I believe that one needs to improve deficiencies in the neurotransmitters so they can perform better in different training modalities. There are ways to enhance those. I also strongly feel that one needs to enter different training types as you mention and adapt to the stimulus they are not so comfortable with. The brain is adaptable as anything else. I think one needs to expose themselves to what they are not comfortable with to advance in many areas within reason. Calculated. Now nutrition and supplementation or any lack there of can affect neurotransmission. Epegenetics is a good example of how you can adapt by gene expression. To cut a long story short. Nothing lasts forever. Continue to change and challenge yourself in many different modalities.

Did you not watch the video? He basically said this type needs to change the modalities. Not all types do though.

that's why 2A's are not really good at intense running (hills, for example)? because it is too much "muscle volume" work for them? and because they don't respond really well to a lot of carbs which would support their running (lactic acid work)? thanks!

2A checking in. This is why I rotate DC Style Rest Pause with Pin Press, then Full body-Lower Body-Off, then 70% at 10Reps 2RIR, or work up to a Top Set, with 2 rest pause, then do a drop set with 2 minute rest, and do the lower weight with 2 rest pause as well.... and some typical bodybuilding stuff. About 2 or 3 weeks each, and mix in some very HIGH REP stuff during a deload. Always changing it up. However, I have some 2B, because I like Mind Muscle connection... feeling the burn. If I don't feel it, I feel like the Time under tension or load is off, and not right for the lift. For years I was 2B, but I believe with age I have mixed into 2A. I never liked lower reps, because I felt like it there was no pump and connection. I just adjusted my Time Under Tension with slower tempo, for lower reps.

I think this describes me; I usually do Full-Body strength work twice a week along with MMA boxing type training twice a week

BODYBUILDING ONLY type of training is soooooooo boring to me! lol I am so into M.E and Explosive training, though I do love to add isolating exercises to training in the middle of my rest or at the end of training.

I think I must be 2a then it makes the most sense So much body building and drop sets low rest and I am done in 45mins ish but I do 1-2 neuro lifts say main lift and supplement then i could sometime throw in 1 gymnastics movement then finish off with bodybuilding isolation and I enjoy all types of training and seem to handle the most volume even up 3 hours this way not every day of course 3-4 days/week. but is it possible to be 60-70% neurological and the rest muscular or maybe in general a split is 2a as long as its not like 90%+ which is 1a that makes sense pure 100% probably wouldn't exist.

Another categorizing BS. Nie people will have another excuse. I AM ectomorph with type 1 or 2 muscle fibers and naurotype 1b, 6h or 30y or whatever. No. Human body is made to adapt and nothing define you Apart from your own mentality.
