Study HTML, CSS from CodeWithHarry. Practice it for atleast 1-2weeks before moving onto backend and then for JavaScript and MERN stack go with Angela yu's course

Hey I'm joining a tier 3 clg should I join with attendance criteria but a top private in central (LNCT) placement 6 to 10 lacks or should I join a clg with relaxement in attendance but not with placement .please help
