Introduction to Operational Amplifiers

The equation describing how an operational amplifier (op amp) makes it seem as if they wouldn't have many uses, but op amps are perhaps the most common and useful analog integrated circuit. This video describe their general equation, gives a bit of history, and outlines some of their uses.

Bob Widlar was quite a character too. Very unconventional and would probably be sacked in todays corporate structures run by school prefects.
