Ty, vary good overview of organizational behavior....makes me think about how as a leader, objectively my goal should be to create a healthy overall environment in which generally the organization is motivated and works in the fullest capacity. +Michael Nugent I just saw that no big price difference btn 12th and 13th. any idea if the kindle rental might suffice? it's like 46 bucks. I can't believe it cost that much to rent a digital book that I won't keep esp knowing that this ed didn't require work from scratch for the authors. At any rate 46 is better than 120. please advise

The kindle version is the same, it is ok to use if you are comfortable with reading on computer to ipad.
