Hi, good evening. I am new to AS400. I was showed a list of report, from 2019 to 2024. How to search a specific report from this period? Say I want only AR Report for March 2024. Currently, we have to do page down from 2019 to 2024 to see this report. Also, when I get onto this report, how can I save it as PDF or Excel? Currently, we print this report then scan it then convert this to Excel. Thank you very much.

Another very useful video! But what about to print say 10 lines per page? And what about to print say each 2 lines a subtotal? Thank you for your kind work!!! Higinio

We should be able to handle this inside the program. E.g. If we have a record format for printing a line and another record format for subtotal, then we can print two lines and then subtotal, If we want to print 10 lines, then we can have logic to count the lines we print then we can manually switch on the over flow indicator so that program will print the next line in next page.

Thank you for that. I found in the DS spool file information in position 188-189 (WOVFL) who seems to have the length of the page. If I assign say 20, this mean the max number of lines printed and then the OFLIND(IN99) will be set to *ON? Thank you !!!!

You need to bring it to next line. So header and each row will take 2 lines in the report

Hi Sanoj, I have not tried this in the past. But there are some 3rd party solution available for printing logo from AS400 printer file.
