Hi Sir, In 24:20 you have said that product and funds will always flow in opposite direction..how does that works really?

If product goes from manufacturer to customer ,then money will be given by "customer to manufacturer "AND if the the product is from customer to manufacturer (suppose product is returned by customer) money will be given by" manufacturer to customer"so its relatively opposite flow.
