I am stlill trying to figure out to use Groovy and REST in ePBCS to call a FDM Dataload rule as it does not allow to import libraries

Can you help me with, How to enable the REST API endpoint for a user in PBCS. Currently in the EPM account overview information its say's for my login Service REST Endpoint : Not available.
