Sevice matters Govt servents. 1) A Employee Open B Employee personnel file by mistake on 06/2019. 2) B Employee hase given complaint to A Employee on 09/2019. 3) Officers framed charges on 01/2021 (after 15 months). 4) A Employee given written Statement with 10 days (He is accepted the mistake) 5) A Employee suspended on 06/2021. pls give clarification Madam. The above complaint is coming under Limitation Act or Not pls.

define period of limitation.the limitation act only bars the remedy but does not destroy the right to which the remedy relates. illustrate.problem.A obtains a decree for possession against B on 1 oct 1931.he finally applied for the execution on 26 sep.1945. for two years the execution of decree had stayed by an order of injunction.we the application for execution within time or not? give reasons.
