You have to register as a user on Omicrons web site, you need to have the serial number of one of their devices to register. Then you can download it. You will only get the features in the software that your instrument allows. It annoying but that is how Omicron have chosen to do it. We rent the instruments so we have to follow their rules!

CMC ERROR (ENG074) Could not activate power supply. Omicron cmc 356 show this error message when power ON. Kindly help us to solve thia issue.
