The example you have given for tort i.e. playing guita is a right violation (right to live peacefully) but its Public Nuisance and it doesn't count under tort. Correct me if i'm wrong.

i can recomend you a book which is usually used in clat are ap bhardwajs's la and lr for leagal aptitudeand for quantative techniques you can use maths 30 days wonder, for english you can use word power made easy by norman lewis aor critical reasoning you can use analytical reasoning and for gk and current affairs keep up with the news and internet
